Job Description
QHSE ADMINISTRATOR
Purpose: To support the QHSE Department in three main areas of responsibilities:
A. Management System: (20-30% workload)
1. Assist with the development & maintenance of management system.
2. Tracking and follow up of actions register (for internal audits, clients audits, ISO audits,incident investigation, management reviews, non-conformities, feedback & suggestions and lesson learned).
3. Upkeep of other QHSE registers (e.g. legal compliance register, corporate RIE register, lessons learnt register, suppliers evaluation register & customer satisfaction register etc.)
B. Document Control & Data Protection (50-60% workload)
1. Control of Documents
a. Control of the look and feel of internal publications, templates and records.
b. Control of internal doc. review process and external doc. exchange process with Clients.
c. Control of doc. numbering, revision control, storing, archiving and disposal.
2. Control of SharePoint
a. Control of the structural arrangement of SharePoint folders.
b. Administration of access rights.
3. Monitoring GDPR Compliance
a. Monitor the organization’s compliance with GDPR regulations.
b. Monitor adherence to data protection policies and raise awareness.
4. Point of Contact:
a. Advise management and staff on data protection obligations.
b. Serve as the contact point for Data Protection Authorities.
c. Handle inquiries and complaints from individuals regarding the processing of their personal data.
C. General Administration (workload 10-20% workload):
1. Prepare project HSE reports (monthly) and Corporate HSE reports (quarterly & annual)
2. Upkeep of QHSE software programs 3. Provide Tender support 4. Assist with QHSE communication / campaigns

Knowledge Base Some knowledge of ARBO, GDPR and ISO requirements etc. Competency in artificial intelligence would be a distinct advantage
