To strengthen our team we are searching for an HR Officer.
Your role:
This position involves working in- and supporting various HR functions, ensuring accurate record-keeping, and assisting in the implementation of HR policies and procedures. The HR Officer helps maintain a smooth and efficient workflow within the HR team, contributing to the overall success of the organization.
Your tasks will include:
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and electronic databases;
- Prepare and process HR-related documentation, such as contracts, letters, and reports.
- Ensure the confidentiality and security of employee information.
- Calculate and process employee salaries, wages, bonuses, and other compensation accurately and in a timely manner.
- Process changes related to employee status, such as hires, promotions, transfers, and terminations.
- Assist in the implementation and communication of HR policies and procedures.
- Ensure compliance with local labor laws and regulations.
- Provide support in HR audits and compliance checks.
Your profile:
- At least a few years’ experience in an HR Admin role;
- Complete command of the English language, oral and written;
- Excellent interpersonal and problem-solving skills;
- Self-starting and proactive attitude;
- Team worker who can handle stress and has excellent communication skills.
- If you have experience working in the Renewable, Offshore or Maritime industry we consider this a bonus;
- MBO/ HBO degree
