Your role:
At Reynard, we are looking for a pro-active and organized Event & Office Manager to join our team. You’ll be responsible for keeping our office running smoothly and ensuring our exhibitions and events are executed seamlessly. If you enjoy managing both day-to-day operations and events & projects, this role could be a great fit.
Your tasks will include:
Event Management
You manage exhibitions and events from start to finish, representing Reynard in the best possible way;
- Plan and execute trade shows, exhibitions and client events worldwide;
- Coordinate booth design, logistics and on-site management, together with the marketing team and management;
- Handle travel arrangements and event-related logistics;
- Develop creative ideas for event materials and brand experiences;
- Keep staff informed about upcoming events and initiatives;
- Look for opportunities to strengthen Reynard’s presence at international exhibitions.
Office Management
You ensure the office runs efficiently and supports the team to do their best work;
- Maintain and organized, functional and welcoming office environment;
- Handle practical matters such as supplies, facilities and vendor coordination;
- Support management with planning, reporting and internal communication.;
- Anticipate team needs and help solve day-to-day challenges;
- Contribute to initiatives that improve office operations and culture.
Your profile:
- HBO-level thinking and working experience, with at least 3 years in office- or event management;
- Organized, proactive and solution-oriented. You handle challenges calmly and efficiently;
- Strong communicator who can work with everyone from team members to management;
- Flexible and adaptable, ready to support wherever needed, including occasional international travel;
- Experience in the Energy sector is a plus, but not required.
