Your role:

At Reynard, we are looking for a pro-active and organized Event & Office Manager to join our team. You’ll be responsible for keeping our office running smoothly and ensuring our exhibitions and events are executed seamlessly. If you enjoy managing both day-to-day operations and events & projects, this role could be a great fit.

 

Your tasks will include:

Event Management

You manage exhibitions and events from start to finish, representing Reynard in the best possible way;

  • Plan and execute trade shows, exhibitions and client events worldwide;
  • Coordinate booth design, logistics and on-site management, together with the marketing team and management;
  • Handle travel arrangements and event-related logistics;
  • Develop creative ideas for event materials and brand experiences;
  • Keep staff informed about upcoming events and initiatives;
  • Look for opportunities to strengthen Reynard’s presence at international exhibitions.

Office Management

You ensure the office runs efficiently and supports the team to do their best work;

  • Maintain and organized, functional and welcoming office environment;
  • Handle practical matters such as supplies, facilities and vendor coordination;
  • Support management with planning, reporting and internal communication.;
  • Anticipate team needs and help solve day-to-day challenges;
  • Contribute to initiatives that improve office operations and culture.

 

Your profile:

  • HBO-level thinking and working experience, with at least 3 years in office- or event management;
  • Organized, proactive and solution-oriented. You handle challenges calmly and efficiently;
  • Strong communicator who can work with everyone from team members to management;
  • Flexible and adaptable, ready to support wherever needed, including occasional international travel;
  • Experience in the Energy sector is a plus, but not required.
