To strengthen our team we are searching for an Accounts Payable officer.

Your role:

As a Accounts Payable officer you will be responsible for processing payments and invoices for all the different ongoing projects within the organization. You are responsible for a correct payment and control of the invoices we receive. You will work together with different departments to make sure all our suppliers and other documents regarding payments are in order.

Your tasks will include:

  • Entering invoices into the accounts payable system
  • Processing weekly payments
  • Filing and maintaining supplier records
  • Liasing with the Crewing Department on contractor invoices
  • Liasing with the Warehouse on equipment orders
  • Performing other ad hoc tasks as required by the Finance Manager
  • Professionalize the Accounts Payable process
  • Reporting of Accounts Payable department

Your profile:

  • Bachelor's working and thinking level with a financial background
  • Experience in a finance department is a must
  • Complete command of the English language, oral and written
  • Excellent interpersonal and problem-solving skills
  • Self-starting and proactive attitude
  • Team worker who can handle stress and has excellent communication skills
  • If you have experience working in the Renewable, Offshore or Maritime industry we consider this a bonus
