To strengthen our team we are searching for an Project Engineer HV Termination & Testing

 

Your role:

As a Project Engineer HV Termination and Testing you will be responsible for the key technical elements of the project. You are responsible for a correct setup when it comes to termination and testing of offshore and onshore cables. You will work together with different departments to create procedures and create work instructions for the teams in the field.

 

Your tasks will include:

  • Setup of Termination and Testing methodology
  • Drafting of procedures, test sheets, work Instructions, task plans and distribution of these documents
  • Setting up and maintaining Master Document Register
  • Actively participating in client meetings (engineering, HSE, operational)
  • Identification of key technical elements in the subcontract
  • Identification of crew requirements, variation orders
  • Project support to project manager
  • Creation of project overview sheet (project passport)
  • Creation of Project Material Lists, Resource histograms
  • Liaising with internal departments in regards of crewing, logistics, HSE
  • Liaising with suppliers (e.g. tools and other equipment)

 

Your profile:

  • Bachelor's working and thinking level with an Electrical background
  • Experience in termination and testing of offshore cables is a bonus
  • Complete command of the English language, oral and written
  • Excellent interpersonal and problem-solving skills
  • Self-starting and proactive attitude
  • Organizational skills are a must with the various tasks assigned to you
  • Team worker who can handle stress and has excellent communication skills
  • If you have experience working in the Renewable, Offshore industry we consider this a bonus
