To strengthen our team we are searching for an Crewing Officer. 

Your role:  

As a Crewing Officer you will be responsible for the crew planning on different ongoing projects. You are responsible for all flight and crew rosters for your assigned project. You are also responsible to coordinate, process, and monitor the documents of your jointers and cable workers and many others that work for Reynard. 

Your tasks will include: 

  • Ensure that documentary requirements of jointers and cable workers are in compliance with the regulations and requirements
  • you coordinate, process, and monitor the documents of your jointers and cable workers.
  • responsible for the crew planning for your assigned project
  • find the best possible and most efficient solutions in case of crew sickness and disrupted operations, making sure our operations are maintained. While doing so you will try to minimize the impact on the crew members’ published rosters and try to keep operational costs down.
  • you are responsible to make sure that all flight program changes, delays, Crew sickness will be covered in order to avoid any service disruption.
  • you are responsible to keep the Crew management system up-to-date.
  • you will ensure that all parties will be informed of any crew changes in order to arrange adjustments.

Your profile:  

  • Experience in a scheduling or logistic environment is a plus
  • Complete command of the English language, oral and written; 
  • Excellent interpersonal and problem-solving skills; 
  • Self-starting and proactive attitude; 
  • Team worker who can handle stress and has excellent communication skills. 
  • If you have experience working in the Renewable, Offshore or Maritime industry we consider this a bonus;  

Our offer: 

  • An full-time position ( 40 hours per week);

  • A salary between €2,700 – €3,700 gross per month based on 40 hours;
