Role Overview:
As an Offshore Client Representative, you will serve as the vital link between contractors, clients, subcontractors, and the project. Your primary focus will be ensuring seamless communication, effective project coordination, and overall client satisfaction. This role involves working from a W2W vessel on a 4:4 weeks rotation, starting from the 1st of July with a duration until at least the end of 2024.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate interfaces between the client, subcontractors, third parties, and the project from the W2W vessel;
  • Serve as the single point of contact for beach offices;
  • Monitor daily progress and provide detailed reports;
  • Conduct internal walks down with the T&T subcontractor;
  • Record punch items and oversee final QC checks.



  • Strong knowledge of Termination & Testing scope;
  • Experience in Marine Coordination;
  • Excellent communication and reporting skills;
  • Flexibility to achieve project milestones;
  • Ability to take ownership of the Scope of Work and work independently;
  • Identify critical issues for escalation;
  • Understanding of stakeholder roles.
