What are you going to do? 
Reynard High Voltage Solution is looking for a dedicated recruiter to join our team. Because there is a high demand for electrification and changing the world to a green world. This is a unique opportunity for a talented professional in the renewable energy sector. 
Our corporate recruiter’s responsibilities include: 
• Identifying future recruitment needs 

• Writing job descriptions 
• finding candidates via databases and social media and various job boards 
• • Conducting job interviews 
• • Taking references 
• • Filing paperwork and staying up to date on labor laws and regulations 
• • You also monitor new and existing employees and act as their advisor 

What do we ask of you? 
• The ability to conduct different types of interviews 

• Experience with recruitment processes and databases 

• The ability to implement recruitment strategies 

• Good interpersonal skills and good decision-making skills 

• Complete command of the English language, oral and written 

• Excellent interpersonal and problem-solving skills 

• Self-starting and proactive attitude 

• Team worker with excellent communication skills
